We hope that you are happy with your order. If however you would like to return goods for exchange or refund of the cost of goods then please contact us soon as possible on 01496 810330 or email info@islayslate.com
If returning goods for a refund / exchange send them unopened, if possible in the original packaging along with your receipt and YOUR CONTACT DETAILS AND ADDRESS. Also please state the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund.

We welcome trade enquiries and large orders. Please call us for best pricing on slate items and shipping.

We use only Paypal and Paypal Card Services. They have a superb security record and protects you when you make a purchase.

We do not disclose any of your information to third parties outside our organisation.
Payment Details
At present you can pay by PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD. When the payment screen loads, you do not have to have (or create) a PayPal account , simply choose PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD instead for the regular checkout.

Shipping Rates
The cost of shipping within the UK is paid by The Islay Slate Company Limited.
*Please note for all overseas orders, postage costs will vary. If you are based overseas you cannot order on-line at this time. Overseas customers may email to place an order.
Delivery Information (UK only)
Orders in stock are shipped weekdays within 3 working days by the most appropriate mathod.
Regular Delivery:
Orders delivered within the UK are usually delivered within 5 working days,
